Life of a Mackerel is perhaps Genronan's masterpiece.  This esoteric book begins in a contextual world exploring ideas between what is real and what is possible.... and the realness of things not real.  It strikes at the heart of Genronan and can serve as a beautiful reminder of the solitary and individualistic nature of this life - especially one that lives in imagination.
